NOTE: Due to the Clemson LSU National Championship Game being held on Monday January 13, the Comrades meeting has been moved to the following evening 1/14/2020.
More coming on LSU vs. Clemson so stay tuned.
Our meetings are always a great opportunity for everyone to stay in touch and be a part of all we do at post 3137 to support our fellow veterans, their families, and the mission of the VFW. Important topics which affect you and the operation of our post, including business related items, post improvements, and upcoming social events are discussed and crucial decisions.

Pardon Our Dust - Front Stairs Replacement Project
Begins Monday 1/6/2020
Demolition will begin on Monday 1/6 on the front stairs and landings. The Beach Access sidewalk will be closed during the day until further notice. The post will be open normal hours from 3:00-9:00 through the Beach Access door on the rear deck. You can go under the hotel on the left side of the building to the rear or use the sidewalk in the evenings when open. Please be aware of the construction area and proceed with caution.

Elevator Out of Order - 28 Years of wear has it's Ups and Downs!
For the time being, the elevator at the post remains out of order. Parts are on order including a new motor and we're hoping to have repairs completed in the next 10-14 days.
With the slower Winter season and stairs project, maybe the timing is not so bad.
We again appreciate your patience.

special occasions.
Rent the downstairs of VFW Post 3137 for any type of celebration! Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, Graduations and Retirements!
Prices:
VFW Post 3137 Members (minimum 1 year member) $350.00/day.
VFW Post 3137 Members less than 1 year and other VFW Posts or Active Duty $450.00/day.
All Others $550.00/day.
