VFW Post 3137 Elections
June 8, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
To: All Comrades in Good Standing
Due to the COVID 19 our ability to have a monthly meeting is restricted. Therefore, Post 3137 will conduct our annual election of officers in accordance with VFW BYLAWS ARTICLE II, Sec. 217 using a poll system.
Consistent with these procedures, elections will be held June 8, 2020 in the Post downstairs rental area from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM using an individual ballot.
All Post 3137 Comrades in good standing are eligible to vote. Please bring your VFW member card or other valid identification when you come to vote. Absentee ballots and proxy votes are prohibited.
Post 3137 officer nominations are now closed effective May 29, 2020.
